Terms and Conditions for Mobile Massage Services

Welcome to Harmony Hands. By booking and using our Mobile Massage services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of your rights and obligations.

1. Service Agreement

1.1 Harmony Hands provides professional Mobile Massage services to clients in the Bunbury area, as described on our website.

1.2 By booking an appointment, you agree that the service is for relaxation, therapeutic, and wellness purposes only. No inappropriate or illegal requests will be entertained, and such behavior will result in immediate termination of the service and potential reporting to authorities.

1.3 Our therapists are qualified professionals and follow a strict code of conduct to ensure the safety and comfort of all clients.

2. Appointments

2.1 All appointments must be booked through the official channels listed on our website.

2.2 Appointment slots are subject to availability, and Harmony Hands reserves the right to refuse or reschedule bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances.

2.3 Clients are required to provide a safe, clean, and private environment for the service. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the appointment without refund.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Fees for services will be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking through the available payment options.

3.3 Harmony Hands does not accept cash payments for safety and operational reasons.

3.4 Any outstanding payments must be settled before future appointments can be booked.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges, and 100% of the payment will be refunded.

4.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.

4.3 No-shows will result in the full amount being forfeited.

4.4 Refunds are not provided for completed services unless extenuating circumstances apply. Approved refunds will incur a 2.9% processing fee.

4.5 Extenuating circumstances for refunds must be supported by relevant documentation and are at the discretion of Harmony Hands.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Clients are required to inform Harmony Hands of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other health concerns at the time of booking.

5.2 Therapists reserve the right to refuse or modify the service if they believe it may compromise the safety or health of the client or therapist.

5.3 Harmony Hands is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes if medical information is withheld or incorrect.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
